If you do not want to be bound by the terms of this Agreement, you are advised to stop using the app accordingly. IP Kopaleyshvili only grants use and access of this app, its products, and its services to those who have accepted its terms.

This Privacy Policy covers the information we collect about you when you use our product AiFitrix app for iOS. Your privacy is important to us. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes other than permitted under applicable law.
We collect information about you when you input it into the Services or otherwise provide it directly to us.
We collect information about you when you register for an account, create or modify your profile, set preferences, sign-up for or make purchases through the Services. For example, you provide your contact information and, in some cases, billing information, when you register for the Services. You also have the option of adding a display name, profile photo, and other details to your profile information to be displayed in our Services. We keep track of your preferences when you select settings within the Services.
(The only personal data we may receive is your e-mail address when you chose to write in to us via “Send Feedback” / “Report Problem” options in app settings.)
AiFitrix for iOS uses service for crash reporting and analytics. All data collected here is anonymous, does not contain anything you input with a keyboard (e.g. workout titles, exercise names, notes) and cannot be tied to any individual user. It is used solely for the purposes of improving the app (e.g. crash reports, aggregate usage statistics of app's features).
We use your information to resolve technical issues you encounter, to respond to your requests for assistance, to analyze crash information, and to repair and improve the Services. Where you give us express permission to do so, we disclose information to a third-party expert for the purpose of responding to support-related requests.
